Welcome to Taste of the Wind, a small-scale, local farm business in Southeast Wyoming, that focuses on producing ethical, sustainable, clean, and local food.

My name is BJ Edwards, and I run my own flock of Icelandic sheep on a combination of land leases using regenerative grazing practices with the help of my husband and toddler.

On our farm, we produce a wide variety of grass fed and finished lamb and wool products, and we work with other local ranchers to offer grass fed and finished beef, pastured pork, and other nutrient-dense local products free from added hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides.

We make filling your freezer with local foods easy for you through our online store and email newsletter, as well as in local food storefronts across Wyoming. It is our goal to make feeding your family clean and nutritious meals something you don’t have to work hard at.
